Terms and Conditions
Parties
Provider: Scrubsters ("we", "us").
Customer: The person or entity named on the estimate.
Acceptance of Estimate
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise noted.
An estimate becomes a binding agreement when signed by the customer or when the customer schedules service and authorizes Scrubsters to proceed.
Scope of Work
Services performed are limited to those specifically described on the written estimate (e.g., exterior window cleaning, interior window cleaning, screen cleaning).
Any work not explicitly included (e.g., paint removal, glass replacement, major stain removal, structural repairs) is excluded unless agreed in writing.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices on the estimate are in USD and exclude applicable sales/use taxes, permits, or fees unless stated.
Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of quoting. If additional work is required due to unforeseen conditions, we will notify you and provide a change order.
Payment Terms
Payment is due as specified on the estimate (commonly: deposit at booking, balance on completion for residential accounts, or net 14 days for commercial accounts).
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, major credit/debit cards, and electronic payments as listed on the invoice.
Late payments are subject to interest of 1.5% per month (18% APR) or the maximum permitted by law, plus any collection costs and reasonable attorney fees.
Deposits, Cancellation & Rescheduling
A deposit may be required to secure the appointment; the amount will be shown on the estimate.
